Our philosophy
One enduring question guides everything we design: how can we help humans thrive within increasingly complex systems?
What we believe
Artificial intelligence and immersive XR are among the most transformative technologies of our time and they sit at the heart of what we build. Their greatest potential lies in helping us create more intelligent, adaptive and personal experiences.
People and technology are partners. Human insight helps us ask better questions; technology helps us explore better answers. We believe that the future belongs to those who combine deep human understanding with bold technological innovation; neither is enough on its own.
Our approach
Every challenge starts with understanding the individual, their environment, the wider system and the outcome that matters. Only then do we decide which technologies and experiences are best placed to help.
We co-design with clinicians, researchers, partners and people with lived experience, bringing diverse perspectives in from the outset so that solutions are grounded in evidence, informed by real-world experience and built for meaningful adoption.
How we work
We begin with people: their experiences, aspirations and challenges.
We explore the wider system, behaviours, evidence and context to find the real problem before designing anything.
We shape solutions together with clinicians, researchers, partners and end users.
We apply the most appropriate technologies, from AI to immersive and adaptive experiences, where they create genuine value.
We evaluate, refine and continuously improve through evidence, feedback and collaboration.
Human experience design
Emotion. Environment. Light. Sound. Movement. Conversation. Context. Data. Timing. Adaptation.
Like a constellation, no single point creates the picture; the connections do. TogetherGen deliberately designs those conditions, because better human experiences create better human outcomes.
Founder
Ellie founded TogetherGen on the belief that technology should adapt to people, not people to technology. Her career spans languages, education, the creative arts, healthcare, consulting and artificial intelligence, each a different lens on how people experience, adapt and thrive within complex systems.
TogetherGen reflects her conviction that the most meaningful innovation happens where deep human understanding meets bold technological ambition.
